Team Up Through Sailing

You will experience a unique and memorable activity that will strengthen personal and professional relationships. Each boat will have an experienced skipper on board to ensure safety, but the participants will sail the boat, not the skipper.

After a short briefing on land followed by 30 minutes warm-up on the water, the gun will sound for your first race.

  • Use of boats
  • Experienced skippers (one per boat)
  • Use of waterproof clothing and safety equipment
  • Race organization: course layout, safety and race officers in motor boats
  • Use of on-land briefing facilities
  • Prize-giving ceremony
  • Aperitif with beer, wine, soft drinks and light snacks

We can orient the experience more towards “fun and leisure”, or we can spend more time before and after sailing for briefings on “experience transfer” – to help participants apply lessons learned to their professional lives.
